Dolmen Mall Summer Festival 2015

[KARACHI: MAY 26, 2015]The Dolmen malls hosted the inaugural ceremony of the Dolmen Summer Festival on May 30, to start its nine-day event which promises family fun, food, fashion and festivities.

The Grand Opening ceremony at Dolmen Mall Clifton saw a renowned Body Beat entertainers perform a theatrical parade. A concoction of acrobats, b-boys, rollerbladers and ribbon dancers in their L.A inspired costumes and props will kick off the festival at 6pm in a grand fashion, while the celebrities and socialites walked the red carpet to join the parade. Similar festivities will mark the start of the event on May 31st at Dolmen Mall Tariq Road and Hyderi as well on May 31st. PR and media handling of the events was managed by Take-II.

Adding to the flavour of summer were the bright colorful beach hangings and installations of sunglasses, hats, popsicles and kites. The fashion atrium will be turned into a gaming arena stocked with a PS4 gaming zone, a F1 Ferrari simulator and racetrack throughout the festival while the other atrium created a closer-to-home ambiance with a cultural handicraft exhibition on June 3rd.

One of the Dolmen hallmarks is its award winning food courts which served fresh juices and summer drinks aside from hosting food eating competitions to engage its ever-growing audience.

This summer extravaganza saw Dolmen malls create a complete thematic experience for its valued customers via ambient features as well as giveaways. The event will conclude with an upbeat hip-hop dance act on June 6th which will lead up to Dolmen Summer Festival’s ending parade on June 7th.
