FARAH TALIB AZIZ ANNOUNCES MID-SUMMER COLLECTION IN COLLABORATION WITH LAKHANY SILK MILLS
‘A MEDITERRANEAN DREAM’
[Karachi:August26,
2015]:Following their
successful collaboration earlier this summer, renowned textile brand Lakhany
Silk Mills (LSM Fabrics) and acclaimed fashion designer Farah Talib Aziz have
announced their Mid-Summer collection titled ‘A Mediterranean Dream’. With Ainy
Jaffri as the face of the campaign, the collection featuring a variety of
designs is expected to hit stores nationwide in the first week of
September.
‘A
Mediterranean Dream’ is inspired by the confidence and passion radiating from
the Mediterranean women who exude a particular European charm alongside the
grace of the classical Ottoman Empire.
Speaking
about the upcoming collection, CEO of Lakhany Silk Mills said: “At LSM, we
aim to provide premium quality products and designs all year around. We are
pleased to team up with the creative team at Farah Talib Aziz once more this
summer. Shoppers across the nation should expect a collection which aims to
capture the feminine and vibrant spirit of the Mediterranean at affordable
prices.”
Talking
about her latest collection for LSM Fabrics, designer Farah Talib Aziz said: “‘A
Mediterranean Dream’ is an ode to women of the region: reflective of the
cerulean blue seas, the soft hues of the mesmerizing architecture of
Mediterranean and the deep attraction of the Oleander flower. We are looking
forward to the launch nationwide in time for the festive season of
Eid-al-Adha.”
