Highway Cafe tantalizes tastes buds with a star-studded opening in DHA 6 Karachi

Karachi,January 25th:A hip new eatery called Highway Cafe opened its doors at Khayban e Sehar  DHA Phase 6, Karachi. Highway Cafe offers a fusion of culinary delight with rich cultural ambience of North Western region.

The opening featured a star studded red carpet, followed by a dramatic food presentation by fashion models wearing eclectic truck art themed clothes of couturier Rizwan Beyg. Hair and Make-up of the models was done by internationally renowned makeup artist Angie Marshall and the PR of the event was handled by Take-II.

Highway Cafe reflects the core concept of the popular Highway eateries, reminiscent of a colourfully decorated trucks, nonchalant attitude, delicious meat delicacies emphasizing the juiciest BBQ and spiciest Karahis, prepared by experienced cooks especially brought in from northern region of the country. The decor of the venue has been carefully crafted with brightly painted truck art featuring animated fauna and witty one liners. What really makes Highway Cafe unique from others is its sensibility of western hospitality offering delicious traditional food served in a contemporary style. pFrom the famous peshawari Karahi, to red lahori Karahi,Kabuli pulao to Beef Dhaga Kabab and Afghani Kawa to wash down these mouth watering dishes all under one roof.
