Shafaq Habib’s designs enthrall at private exhibition in Karachi

    

Karachi, May 10, 2016:Veteran jewellery designer and entrepreneur Shafaq Habib exhibited her latest collection at a private exhibition recently which featured her latest designs incorporating 22- karat gold, diamonds and gemstones from around the world.

Ms Habib is known for her unique fusion of eastern aesthetics with western elements inspired from her travels around the world. From her flagship storeand studio in Lahore, Shafaq produces designs which use traditional forms but often utilize non-traditional combinations of gemstones.

All the designs exhibited were one-a-kind and were greatly appreciated by the guests attending the exhibition. The inspiration for her designs comes from her travel experiences and as always her designs reflected that unique fusion and flawless blending of various aesthetic elements that has become signature ‘Shafaq’. Her designs showed inspiration from European, Far Eastern, Arabic, Persian, Turkish and Central Asian art giving a traditional South Asian form.
