BSM DEVELOPERS OFFICIALLY ANNOUNCES GWADAR GOLF CITY PROJECT

CEO Gwadar Golf City, Malik Bilal Bashir held a mega event for media and real estate representatives across Pakistan to reveal the project, in Karachi.                                                                                                                    

Karachi: Gwadar Golf City CEO & Grandson of Malik Riaz held a mega event for media to reveal their project in Gwadar. The event was organized at DHA Golf Club, where senior personalities from media, Real Estate, and Business Community were invited. 

Gwadar Golf City is a landmark housing development project in Gwadar Port City by BSM Developers. BSM stands for Bilal Steel Mills, and its owner Malik Bilal Bashir is the CEO of BSM Developers, the grandson of Mr. Malik Riaz Hussain; the founder of Bahria Town.

Gwadar Golf City ventures into an upscale housing development, in the future commercial Hub of Pakistan which appeals to commoners and investors alike. It is claimed to be the biggest housing scheme in Gwadar, located in Mouza Paleri Garbi which lies towards north on Makran Coastal Highway. The location seems to be a bit off the coast, however the planned road networks and upcoming developments in the neighborhood make it an appealing investment option.

The event was hosted by Faizan Haq, speeches by CEO Malik Bilal Bashir, Mr Zaroon- Executive Director Project. Mr Malik Bilal also announced partnership with Islamabad United (PSL Team) at the event followed by press conference and dinner.
