Peacock Events in collaboration with the Arts Council of Pakistan organized International Women's Day Event to embrace the joy of womanhood. Special Assistant to Chief Minister Sindh MPA Ms.Iram Khalid was the Chief Guest, She assured in her address that Ministry for Women Development is progressing fast and working on various projects in order to assist women entrepreneurs and especially providing them funds to operate their businesses. Former Senator Javed Jabbar, Mehtab Akber Rashidi, Haseena Moin, Mehnaz Rehman, Kishwer Zehra, Rizwana Shahid, Qudsia Akber, Saadia Dada, Nadeem Zafar Siidqui, SP Shehla Qureshi were among the key note speakers and panelists. Ms Tajwar Baig - CEO Peacock Events on this occasion address the audience that Women are not only playing their role in upbringing children and making a family but they are contributing for the progression and betterment of economy as well.  She further said that organisations must give utmost importance to gender equality and women must be honored globally for their achievements socially, economically and politically.
